I've been an athlete as long as I can remember. Growing up I spent countless hours learning new skills and pushing my body. After seeing my loved ones struggle with their health I was inspired to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Health Exercise Science. During my time in college, I got over 500 hours of hands-on experience in athletic training, physical therapy, and personal training. 

I first became a certified personal trainer back in 2011, since I have acquired several other certifications including ones in nutrition, and strength & conditioning. Education is a key component to success when it comes to health and wellness and I am here to help you gain that knowledge. I believe in doing things sustainably to avoid relapses, binging, and feelings of failure. I am passionate about this work, and I promise that if you put in the time and effort we can get you to where you want to be.
